Six Senses Hotel, Lombok
A hotel interior inspired by the reforestation of central Lombok. The design draws on local, sustainable materials, skilled craftsmanship, soft natural light, and grounded, solid forms to create an interior that transcends time. The designed spaces include a lobby lounge and connecting corridor. The transition in materials, light and atmosphere from lobby to lounge was inspired by the natural sunlight patterns of the site. The staircase connects these zones through gradient stone flooring.
Collagerie Store, London
An experiential retail space designed to encourage shoppers to return to the high street. The concept revolves around integrated technology and a complete shopping experience. Cafe, beauty, personal styling and masterclass seminar space increases the offering of the store beyond retail, attracting new customers and creating a buzzing atmosphere. The base palette has been kept neutrally toned and large screens and customisable lighting allows the interior to be customised to fit with the changing collections. The statement red staircase acts as the a bold and permanent feature connecting the two floors and referencing Collagerie’s colour confidence.
Soul Sanctuary Wellness, Berlin
A holistic wellness centre that was designed as a retreat from the stresses of urban life, and to promote healthy and sober lifestyle choices. The concept was based around the creation of spaces which encourage introspection and those that foster community. This is seen in the lighting, spacial arrangement, seating and material palettes. Facilities include a wellness area with pools and saunas, meditation hall and walking meditation labyrinth, cafe and lounge and therapy/studio rooms for individual and group activities. The interior is minimally furnished with ample seating to allow for visitors to use the space as feels appropriate to them - different spaces for different moods. Basic building materials are used in unusual and decorative ways to demonstrate the beauty in the everyday.

I see projects as puzzles looking to be solved. Its not about finding the quickest or easiest solution but the one that brings together beauty, functionality and ease. I carry out extensive research in order to understand fully the client, user and brief, and then apply creative solutions to create designs which were made to last and are utterly personal to the project. My expertise across different fields of design weave together and allow me to be as meticulous about the overall concept as the final detailing.
